Cancellation Policy

Following positive feedback from clients I am now routinely using the appointment app (Fresha – renamed from Shedul) which automatically confirms your appointment and sends a reminder 24 hours in advance – in a similar way to dentists, doctors, hairdressers etc .

While ‘no-shows’ and late cancellations are not, thankfully, very common, we all know that life and work gets in the way sometimes and that as much as we may want to keep appointments we have made, sometimes it is just not possible.

This is a reminder that if you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, it will be charged at 50% of the treatment value.

I hope you appreciate that I have reserved that time for your appointment and would be unable to rebook a client at such short notice.

If you are late for your appointment, I usually aim to still give you a full session, but occasionally this may not be possible.
