Cancellation Policy
Following positive feedback from clients I am now routinely using the appointment app Fresha which automatically confirms your appointment and sends a reminder 24 hours in advance – in a similar way to dentists, doctors, hairdressers etc . This provides a reliable appointment scheduling system for both you and me.
I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations are just a few reasons why you might consider cancelling an appointment.
I commit to inform you in good time if I need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and out of courtesy I would appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t turn up, it will incur the full charge of the treatment.
I hope you appreciate that I have reserved that time for your appointment and would be unable to rebook a client at such short notice.
If you are taken ill or there is an emergency, I am reasonable so please let me know as soon as possible i.e. first thing in the morning and I will waive the fee.
If you are late for your appointment, I may have to curtail the scheduled length of your treatment.
