An established part of the Gate to Southwell Folk Festival since it started, The Chill Out Zone is a place of calm in the middle of the Festival activities, sights and sounds, that inspires peace and relaxation with a range of massage therapies by professional holistic therapists designed to balance your body and mind.

Enter the Chill Out Zone and benefit from a treatment to suit your budget and timetable, to set you up for your weekend’s Folk experience, or to take ‘time out’ from the lively bustling throng.

Drop-in anytime but you may prefer to book in advance (only 30 minute or 1 hour treatments are bookable) so you can avoid the rush and possible disappointment.

If you want a longer treatment you can choose 20 minutes for £10
