Hypnotherapy
During a hypnotherapy session the ‘trance’ state is utilised – a state which many people are surprised to discover, occurs naturally on a day-to-day basis throughout our lives.
The Hypnotherapist can act as a ‘guide’ helping you to access hypnotic states at will, enabling you to continue to make greater positive changes by yourself.
In Hypnosis you can experience a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation enhancing feelings of well-being. The mental state is one of focus and both mind and body are refreshed.
Hypnotherapy can benefit a variety of issues and problems including :-
Quitting Smoking, Weight control, Fears/Phobias , Stress Management, Depression, Emotional issues, Improving Sleep, Boosting Self-confidence
Future Meetings
***Please note that due to an unfortunate administrative gap between the old manual booking system and going live with a computerised system, our regular (4 years) slot got overlooked and another group ‘nipped in’ and booked for 22nd May – so this talk is now 29th May. The library apologises for any inconvenience.
